This has only 3% the daily value of potassium. How is that extra 3% of any benefit?

RDA umbers are above my pay grade. What I can say is that they provide enough of a boost in my potassium-poor diet so I don’t get leg cramps at night when I pop two of them, and often do when I skip a few days. So, that 3%-6% seems to make a difference.
