As a professional photographer, I really do like this Koala paper! It produces some very good and impressive colours on a paper that pretty much looks like a regular printing paper. I would actually go as far as describe this is as a “hybrid paper” - It’s a mix between a classic photo matt paper and everyday printing paper. And it all works! I often do print test prints, mood boards etc. and printing on this paper always makes the images look significantly better than if I had used a regular paper. If you were to compare a printed photograph on this Koala paper to a professional matte photo paper (like from Canon), I would say Koala print is about 80% as good as where Canon reaches. So if you want to produce high-quality photographs that are meant to last, this might not be good enough for that purpose. But this paper is definitely enough for more temporary printing projects, image proofs etc. where the colours don't need to be as spot-on. Honestly, the best thing with this paper is that that you can print on both sides. The paper is thick enough not to show anything through so you can easily re-use the same paper to print something else on the other side. Can’t tell you how many times I almost took a new sheet before I realised hey I could just re-use one of the previous prints. This "feature" will really save you some money if you don’t mind doing it! Summary: If you want to print something for everyday use on A3 size that doesn’t carry the highest photographic requirements, I would say you cannot go wrong with this paper. Canon equivalent high-resolution paper will cost you twice as much and you can only print on one side since the other is “creamier”. That being said I think this Koala paper offers a great value for money and images will turn out very well. But just don’t expect it to replace a professional photo matt paper - for that quality type of prints you should still get the proper photographic matt paper.

Exceptional quality paper. The weight was spot on, as was the texture. It was very easy to print on with my inkjet printer without leaving creases in the paper. In terms of feel, it is smooth but weighty, much like high quality certificate paper. This is something you’d have your letterhead on perhaps for very important documents/letters. Recommended.

This is good quality photo paper, but as it says on the tin, bear in mind that this is optimised for inkjet printers. Laser printers will not see the same colour fidelity. But still an excellent choice for home printing.

This is good quality photo paper and works well with my inkjet printer. The prints come out clear with nice colours and the matte finish looks good. The paper feels sturdy and the fact that it’s double sided is really useful for certain projects. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for reliable photo paper.

I been looking for an equivlent to Ilford Galerie Smooth Multi Use Paper for years now I actually bought a pack of the Ilford from Amazon last week as it was a good price but it was only available in the US letter size (11x8.5") and it is obviously a job lot of old stock as it is no longer being manufactured. I then saw the KOALO Double Sided Matte Photo Paper which was only a pound more for 100 sheets but is A4 size. Arrived the next day on Prime and it is every bit as good as the Ilford, if anything it's a brighter white. This paper is ideal for printing double sided flyers and booklets on an inkjet printer. There is no show through from one side to the other and the quality of both black text as well as photos is amazing. I'm a photographer so I should know. The finish is matte and the only (minor) down side is that it comes in a clear vinyl envelope rather than a hard box like the Ilford Galerie and there is no printing or profile information but I printed on a Canon Pixma iP7250 printer using the High Resolution Paper setting same as the Ilford which specifies settings and the print quality is just as good. I get the occasional problem of the feed rollers not picking up the paper but it does then go through on pressing the resume button. I think this is more due to the age of my printer and old rollers rather than an issue with the paper. Highly recommended. All I need to do now is find a semi-gloss equivalent, then my flyers would look just like proper offset-litho prints done commercially.

This photo paper prints beautifully. I use it for photographs & in my junk journals. It’s smudge resistant & very good value for money.

Excellent paper for photographs - nice weight, matte but silky finish and true colours - have tried a few recommended papers for photographs and this is the bes I have found. Great weight for magazine/booklets etc

Prints and cuts well. Easy to use and the print quality is good. Quite thin but does the job.

couleurs magnifiques, rendu exceptionnel, J'utilise pourtant une imprimante "ordinaire" (canon TS6150) seul dommage le grammage du papier 140 gr. c'est un peu juste pour ce que je voulais faire mais ça c'était bien indiqué !

Ich verwende einen Epson ET-2500 mit Originaltinte und bin begeistert vom Druckergebnis, Qualität ist beidseitig toll, gestochen scharf, kräftige Farben. Ich hatte mir auch die schwerere Qualität (230 g) zugelegt, diese wollte mein Drucker aber auch mit dem üblichen Trick (Umschlag wählen) nicht einziehen. Beim 140g-Papier kein Problem.

È una buona carta, la uso per stampare file di carte digitali, i colori sono brillanti, anche troppo alle volte, è la seconda volta che la acquisto, perché la mia stampante su carta normale anche mettendo al massimo la qualità mi stampa come se avesse un po' di "nebbia", con questa ottengo delle stampe molto buone

Papier mat (pas glacé) de bonne qualité. En recto-verso, bien attendre que l'encre soit sèche.
