My family loves this gluten-free alternative. The texture and flavor are very similar to regular pasta. Unlike other brands that offer gluten-free options which can be gummy or dense, this pasta has a good consistency and people who eat it that don't know it's gluten-free can't taste any difference.

We couldn't tell the taste and texture from wheat pasts and my mac salad was also tender and delicious the next day (unlike the other gluten free pastas I tried.) We bought another few boxes to make mac & cheese. Yum!

I cook mine somewhat less than instructed for more texture.

Aaamazing! I’m so glad I found this pasta. My family all loved it and had no idea it was gluten free/ dairy free. I highly recommend it. It taste like regular pasta. Didn’t mush at all. The flavor is perrrfect!
