I have a connective tissue disorder which causes loose joints that easily pop out (sublaxations and dislocations.) Because of that my muscles have to overcompensate to hold my joints in position. After a bad dislocation in my shoulder that my PT popped back in for me, my muscles were hurting so badly I was having difficulty breathing. My husband scheduled a massage for me from a local massage therapist who was working out of her home.When I met with the massage therapist she started raving about "arnica gel" and how she really thought it would help me. I was skeptical, because I thought she was trying to sell her product to me. Then she said "I buy mine off of amazon, and you can get a much better price there than you will in any of the local stores" and I realized that she wasn't trying to sell to me herself, she was just recommending the product! She used the arnica on me at the end of the massage, working it into the muscles around the shoulder. I didn't really notice anything at first, until a few hours later I realized that ALL the pain was gone! I went from being unable to breathe due to the pain to grocery shopping in under a day. (Granted this was also with a professional massage)My husband and I use arnica every night now on my problem areas (sacrum, hip, right shoulder and neck) It works best when massaged in instead of just rubbed on the surface, and doesn't completely take away all pain, but there are definitive results. I've had doctors prescribe heavy duty narcotics to me to deal with my musculoskeletal pain, but I hate the way the medications make me feel, so I avoid taking them unless I have a severe dislocation. Although Arnica isn't a cureall, it really has helped me manage my pain to a level where I can use OTC NSAIDS and Arnica instead of the more heavy duty narcotic medications. I definitely recommend Arniflora to people who deal with muscle pain like this.

I've used this twice since I bought it several weeks ago and both times it has been effective. Each time I applied it before bed when I was already hurting - once on my hands and once on my shoulders and neck - and each time I woke up without pain.For reference, I think the recent pain was mainly due to inflammation from overuse, not arthritis or some other kind of injury. However, years ago I did use arnica to help me heal after wisdom teeth removal, and I had no bruising or swelling then. It's truly amazing how well it works.

Especially if you bruise easily, but even if you don't, this will heal bruises in several days. Apply it immediately and it won't even swell up or bruise. A little goes a long way, so a tube lasts forever.

Bought this product after it being recommended by my Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. It has worked well to calm my Corpal Tunnel and arthritis. My husband starting using it on his knees and shoulder where he has much pain!! He told me it is working great for him!!

Not a miracle cure, but it's wonderful for my shoulder (bursitis) pain. It also provides some relief for the arthritis in my wrist but not to the extent it helps my shoulder. I've used this brand for years, and am delighted to find it on Amazon. It sets into the skin quickly, and doesn't remain slick... it's not greasy. No noticeable scent.
