Great chair
As of writing this, I've had this chair for over 60 days and have sat in it for many, many hours over that time. Before getting into it, I should note that I don't have much experience with actually nice office chairs as I've only ever personally owned the cheapy $100 chairs you can get at Office Depot and the like, so consider that I'm an office chair layman as you read this.I'm 5'10/230lbs and this chair's pretty much perfect for me. I don't have any particular physical issues so I can't speak to how this chair would do for people with any specific conditions, but the ergonomics and comfort of this chair are such that I can sit in it for hours without needing to get up, and once I do, neither my back, butt, nor legs hurt. It has good lumbar support, a fairly soft yet supportive cushion that doesn't sink into the base even after sitting in it for 6-8 hours at a time, and surprisingly adjustable armrests. It's well-built, sturdy, actually feels like it's made to last which is nice for a modern American-made product, and looks good to boot. It came fully assembled which I didn't expect and thought was awesome, but also a bit of a pain for me since I picked it up from my local UPS Store where I have a box (can't get deliveries to where I live) and my car isn't exactly the most spacious, but I managed (I should've read the description beforehand). It did have a pretty strong chemical smell for about a week after getting it. The chair went on sale right after I ordered it so I contacted Haworth customer support and they retroactively refunded me the difference without any fuss at all, which I thought was great. Overall, very pleased with the chair, and I think it's worth it even at its MSRP.I'd also like to note that before buying this, I had purchased a Branch Daily Chair without realizing that I was right at its weight limit and my butt suffered through true agony for about a month before I even thought to check on those technical details (I thought maybe my body was finally telling me I sit too much, but nope, just too fat for that chair). Again, I really need to get better about fully reading through item descriptions, ha. Hopefully that's helpful to anyone around my size wanting to save some cash by going with that chair.

Comfortable chair. Fantastic customer support
I bought this chair about a month ago after watching a BTODtv video reviewing it, and so far it is delivering on the promise of being the most comfortable ergonomic chair in its price range. I've been struggling with an RSI for the past year or so, and learned through physical therapy + trial and error how important a good office chair is for preventing shoulder pain. The lumbar support feels odd at first (it's very loose until you put pressure on it), but has been surprisingly easy to get used to. The seat/back are nothing special, but aren't uncomfortable either. The armrests are what make the chair really worth it, because this is one of the only chairs I can find under ~$800 with enough adjustment to comfortably support my arms when using correct ergonomic posture (most arm rests are far too wide at their narrowest setting)Perhaps more impressive was their stellar customer service. I experienced a litany of issues getting the chair shipped to me, none of which were really the fault of Haworth (the seller), but they were nonetheless very responsive and helpful in getting those issues resolved. Even with delays from the courier, the chair ended up arriving ahead of the expected delivery date.

Nothing Special at all
I really thought paying over 500 for a chair would make a difference, but no. There is nothing I can tell worth more than a 200 dollar chair. The mesh back and lumbar support are maybe the least comfortable chair I own.

Nice chair
This is the chair that my job uses at the office. I noticed I was much more comfortable sitting at the office using this chair rather than at home on my $20 Amazon chair which was causing me back pain. This was an investment but worth it. I just whish it could go a bit lower for shorter people

FIRST DAY REVIEW
I did not get a Soji Chair with all the bells and whistles, but what I did get was a fine chair. I've bought and returned so many chairs. It is hard to find a good replacement, once you've found THE perfect chair. But I have to tell you. THIS CHAIR is good. So much so, I'm FINALLY keeping a chair. Yay and Stuff. Seat is wide enough for a heavyset person. Soft enough not to bother you after hour of sitting and the height is the best I've found. Not a lot to pick apart. Only downside was arm rests. The do not stay in place. MINOR issue for me, but I can see SOME complaining on it. That's it. Love the chair so far.

Wish I'd known about Haworth years ago
The Soji is the finest office chair I've ever tried. While it may not have as many adjustments as some chairs, it has more than I ever expected to use and I'm enjoying them. The ones I was particularly looking for this time around after having considered many were: seat height adjustment *range* (I had purchased and returned another good brand chair that had seat height adjustment, of course, but it did not go low enough, which surprised me because I am medium tall), seat depth adjustment, and armrest height adjustment. But these armrests are 4D: up and down, side to side, back and forward, and in or out angle. Fabulous! It has a 12-year warranty, and this well-established company based in Michigan has the finest customer service. You can configure a Soji any way you like on their website, but this model on Amazon happened to have everything I wanted. And the fact that it comes fully assembled is a truly wonderful thing. If you've ever had to return a chair, you know that taking it apart and packing it in the box is a lot more difficult than unboxing and assembly it was! This would have been much simpler to return had I needed to. Excellent customer service.

No back support. Cheap materials.
Zero lower back lumbar support. The lumbar plate literally doesn’t even contact the seat back (see photo). Materials feel cheap. Wish I had opened prior to end of return period. There is a reason these chairs are so much cheaper than other brands. I suppose you get what you pay for!
