Good coverage on the midsole, now let’s just see how it holds up, but over all it’s a good product

My wife's leather boots have rubber soles that started out brown but wore off to a very light color of the rubber, lighter than ecru. While this edge dressing worked fine on the wooden heels, it was an absolute failure on the bare rubber surface of the soles which would not hold the edge dressing. Also, photos depicted a triangular head which would afford more accuracy on tight spaces but in fact the applicator was a round, disc shape. Can't give it more than a three.

Superior coverage with just one application.I almost threw my boots out and decided to give this a shot, and now they look brand new very happy and highly recommend.

Good product

As you can clearly see, this not black but BROWN. I shook the bottle as instructed so I know the dye was mixed. Really disappointed.

Keeping the sole edges of your shoes in the same condition as polished uppers is a much neglected part of shoecare. This product does the job admirably. I suggest you leave the edging to dry for a good hour or two and then polish your shoes. This locks in the edging. You will really notice the difference in your shoes. Great product!

Used to renew heels on black boots . Took a few attempts to cover white scratches ( plastic heels ) but overall pleased with this product . Much cheaper than buying new leather boots which are in great condition otherwise .

No tiñe bien en tacones de plásticos y se quedan marcados los roces cuando usas el zapato. ¡Es peor el remedio que la enfermedad!

I can now see that the small print said it was dark brown. But the packaging led me to believe it was for black shoes and I realise from reading other reviews that I am not alone. A waste of money and nearly ruined my shoes.
