I was a customer of the "Mo' Maggie" magnesium cream, but couldn't find it anymore on here. I gave Charley Magnesium gel a try, and must admit that I love it. I get horrible cramps in my legs at night that will wake me up. I gave this a try, and almost right away my cramps were gone. Last night was a real test for this cream....and I figured if it made these cramps better, I'll be sold. Well, I put the cream on the area where it was really bad, and within three minutes, the pain was gone. I could feel the muscles spasming but there was no pain. What a relief!! Ya, it smells a bit like icy hot......but a small price to pay for being pain free.

I have terrible cramps and twitching at night. unable to sleep. I apply the Charley Sport Gel and massage it in my legs and instantly the cramping and twitching stop. I'm able to get to sleep and rest so much quicker and enjoy a good nights sleep. I take this when I travel. It's a must in my bag and at home at all times.

Why this works I don’t know but it does. Sometimes I get cramps in my shin which nothing helps. Massage and walking it off do no good. Just a little bit of Charley rubbed on it works in minutes. Strong smell. Glad I found this miracle cure.

Works great for sore muscles and stiff joints. I am a referee and this helps in quick recovery after doing 15 games on a tournament weekend. Excellent product. Highly recommend.

Great product. I think it actually works. I use it for pain in the upper arms and cramps in my calves. Does bring relief. Will purchase again.

I would rate higher but the Cost Factor PER OUNCE Is completely out of my Retirement Budget!! Do the Math!! I can say it “SEEMS” to work. IE, Cramping is better, it returns, hence $$$$ so, I am so sorry that I can not afford to purchase again. It does seem to work and I like the smell and feel. It’s kinda Watery/Thin but being careful applying it so it doesn’t drip on the floor or carpet. Again, I would love to purchase again, but budget doesn’t allow me to do so. Bummer, Just a Bummer!!

I love that it works quickly reducing or stopping the leg cramps! I like that it is not liquidy or messy.
