Awesome. Much larger than expected
- Real, sturdy cotton canvas- Nic matte black (yes this may fade. It's cotton. Plan accordingly, and re-buy if you had to learn the hard way like us people tend to have to... Things that contribute to fading: 1) washing 2) direct sunlight/UV- Huge. Did I mention HUGE??- In-line shoulder straps- Carry handlesNote: the buttons can rattle when not snapped, like when you're in the car driving. Easily flip the button flap down to eliminate the rattle, or snap the buttons.

Good quality, held up well for international move. Fit a ton!
These bags were great quality and gave us no issues. We bought 11 of them for our international move, and they fit a LOT. We easily filled them with 50 lbs of things, and had to worry about weight over space, because they fit so much! Usually we're focused on how much space things take up but these worked well.

A strong and spacious bag.
I bought this to carry a drum that I like to take with me sometimes when I travel. The bag is strongly made and there is plenty of room in it. It can be used as a holdall or a backpack - although I'm not sure how comfortable it would be as a backpack if it was heavily loaded.

Good Product
It was larger than I expected, plenty of room and seemed well made. It was exactly what I needed as it fit perfectly in my motorcycle trunk!

Durability problems
I have had this bag for over a year. I take it to school everyday, carrying 2 clarinets and another smaller backpack inside. It is very large, which is exactly what i need.I have had no problems with it so far, but recently the canvas has begun to tear at the points where the straps are sewn to the bag. I have made many repairs to it, but I am worried that i will be unable to keep sewing it together soon. So, good overall, but i am very sad that it is failing me now.

This bag is pretty much as pictured, the dimensions from corner to corner of this boxy item are: 24" L x 13.5" W x 14.5" T. The backpack straps are pretty comfy compared to other canvas military packs from Rothco. Stitching and zippers appear to be of good quality. Not sure how this will work as an airplane carry-on but at the very least it will make an excellent laundry/general gear pack.

serves my purpose
i wanted something for short hikes into a state forest for camping. Something for times when a short hike allows me the convenience of a sloppier packing job. I prefer the duffel to a day pack because i can access everything in it, without unpacking. This one is very sturdy. i wish it had just a little more structure to improve its manners when used as a backpack.
