They take up next to no room at all.The folding mechanism is well-made, and still works perfectly, after 2 years of use on our first pairs.We loved these so much, we ordered more to keep in our carry-ons so we never forget our readers when we travel.I keep another pair permanently in my handbag, and we even ordered tinted lenses to use for reading on the beach.We can't praise them enough, and everywhere we go people stop us to ask about them!They are well worth the price - they'll last forever. I had my first pair of these for over 30 years before they finally broke. I really like how the hinges rotate all the way around so they are less likely to be damaged. These new ones have a slightly different design, but I think they will last just as long. The case is designed to protect them.

I had to scroll through a lot of Amazon's product offerings to find this pair of reading glasses that fold THIS flat, yet be sturdy to carry. The ingenious design of the temple-arm hinges not only folds ultra-flat, but allows "tilt." The flat carrying case adds protection and keeps the flat profile. I slide these into a compact belt pouch that holds my mobile phone staying unobtrusive.

I've used these for several months and I love them. When you first pull them out of the case you may think they'll break immediately but they're actually very sturdy. The lenses are clear and they are very comfortable. I've also gotten compliments on the look of the glasses.But the real difference is in the folding design. They are super slim when folding and fit I to the slimmest pocket. The case protects them well but I wouldn't put them in a back pocket.Overall these are great glasses. In fact, I bought another pair as a backup.

These are a great, inexpensive pair of very lightweight, compact reading glasses. The case is thinner and smaller than a checkbook, so they are a great option for tiny purses or shirt pockets. I am sensitive to the weight of glasses— my ears and nose get sore after just a few minutes of wearing most glasses. These are incredibly lightweight.If you are looking for a pair of reading glasses to wear in bed when you are laying on your side, these did not work for me in that situation. While each arm can be folded out of the way, the glasses become crooked with only one arm in use.

They work well. They can get scratches if the case is not used

Bad Product! THey are plastic and they broke within 1 month...and they would not return them or replace them.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Nannini.........when u first great them they are great but if its a faulty pair and then snap when i simply opened the case they should replace them. My Advice: DONT BUY THEM !! THey dont stand behind the product.

I purchase these regularly for my husband and these are such great design in that they fold completely flat so can be slipped easily into a pocket.
