Good tiller.....so far
Have used this tiller only once since it arrived just a few days ago. Did however have a predecessor of this model I purchased five years ago. For small gardens as is mine, this is (and has been) a good choice over all.

Remington Electric Tiller
The tiller I got came out of the box brand new and would not work. I did everything in the book and then I called support like it told me to do. They were not helpful at all. They just told me I had to take it to a authorized repair place to get it fixed. It was 97 miles round trip. I called three weeks later to check on it and they told me that it would be at leasty 4 to 6 weeks longer because they were waiting on parts. It has been two weeks since then and still no word. I e-mailed Amazon about the problem and I had missed the whole planting season and I was going to have to wait till spring. I recived a e-mail back with all the appoliges I could ever want from a company and was told that in a few days I would see a refund on my account. Shure nuff, It was there.You bet I am a Amazon customer and I will be for life. The best service I have had in 60 years.Amazon, In a 1 to 10 review, I give you a 15.Thanks
