Was really surprised when the smallish box arrived - I did wonder if I ordered the right item. Unbelievable how they pack the lamp stand in such a small space. The stand is telescopic so it locks together really easy. Very clever!! Looks absolutely gorgeous, just a little shorter than my previous lamp but really pleased with the quality. Would highly recommend this and it looks expensive too!!

I wanted a sturdy ,good looking lampstand , neither too traditional nor a modern tubular tripod. This was perfect and goes beautifully with a large linen drum shade.Delivery quick and well packed goods. Price very reasonable.Would recommend.

Yes. Like it now it has shade. Bit shorter than the one it replaced but looks good.

Lovely elegant stand, looks expensive, not too hard to put together but took a while to get it to stand up straight as a bit difficult to get purchase between the base and the lower pole to tighten.

I've been looking for a floor lamp for months. The combination I wanted would cost over £300. I bought this base and a shade for less than £100. This is the perfect size and an amazing bargain. I'm so happy with it. I didn't think i could like a lamp so much! I put a huge mustard coloured shade, and the combination works well.

This product is not very tall I will have to stand it on a box.

I like the stand,but the problem I have is I’ve bought 2 shades now & neither fit,so I’ve spent over £100 on two shades but still cannot find one with the size I need.It did say it takes any shades when in fact it does not,so I’m very disappointed,& will not be buying anymore.Please could you now tell me what size shade this stand does take,thanks.
