Elevated Feeder - Raised Dog & Cat Food Bowl

I bought this bowl in the medium for my 2 collies. It has worked out very well. It is the perfect height for them. I use mine as a water bowl and it allows them to drink without bending over too much. It is also very nice to look at. It's well made and very stable. It can't really be tipped over. I enjoy having a water bowl in my home that is nice to look at. I would highly recommend one to any dog lover.

The style is sleek and modern. The concept is great. The size is big and important. I ordered 2 and opened the first one and thought... this is expensive, but it looks terrific, it is heavy and it is perfect for my dog. When I opened the 2nd one, I didn't realize the label on the bottom was foreshadowing... It said, hand made, everyone is different. Or something to that effect. Well, haha jokes on me. The 2nd one was defective. Whoever made it did an awful job. The top bowl doesn't fit into the base properly. This does not work for a dog to eat out of.Amazon was great. I called the and they sent me a call tag for the return and overnighted another one to me... They where great. The replacement, not so much. This one was defective also. Contacted them again and they are sending out another replacement. I am hoping this works, since I would like matching bowls.I have purchased "fancy" bowls from this company in the past and there where great. The workmanship on this style is inconsistent at best. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. FInd another bowl!

We were a little hesitant when we pulled these out of the box and realized they were not as heavy as we would have expected them to be. With an 85 pound black lab with lots of energy, we were not sure how well these would do for him. We couldn't have been more pleased with how well they have worked out for us. He happily eats his food and drinks his water out of these bowls and has not knocked them over once. They've even stood up to him locking the last bites of moist food off the sides of the bowl. They are a bit pricy, but they look great in our home and serve the function of raising his food and water bowls like we needed. I would definitely recommend these to dog owners that are looking for raises bowls for their larger dogs... They do their job in style!

I had read the other reviews so I knew what to expect. Still, I was disappointed in the color (it's more of a burgundy or deep red) and the measurements posted were those of the box and not the actual piece. In addition, the "stainless steel" felt lightweight and cheap.I bought all three sizes for my 85 lb dog., my 50 lb. dog and one for the water bowl. I had wished all three were taller so I went to home depot and bought " plant stands" to subsidize the height. When all said and done, I had spent $200.00These are unique but in my opinion, not a good value.

Lupo & I just love this raised food bowl, especially the pedestal itself. It has craftsmanship qualities and one good thing is that it is NOT made of wood, so when it gets wet, which it does because Lupo is a DOG, after all, it cannot become damaged. I think it looks fabulous and I like that MY Lupo can eat his meals in a more comfortable position.He is a Standard Poodle and the medium size works for him.Only thing I could mention is that the bowl itself is a drop small, so I need to fill it right to the brim with Lupo's dinner...but it's an acceptable tradeoff for this great Pedestal Bowl combo!

this item arrived a day earlier than expected. i took them out of the box and when i went back to put them up a sharp edge on the bottom deeply sliced my hand opened, causing me to drop a bowl which shattered into tiny pieces- a shard stabbed me into the top of my foot and had to be removed with tweezers and i had to get stitches. The noise caused all my dogs to come investigate over the broken glass and come in contact with my blood. I had the bowl for like 15 mins and it had never been used so I wasted $31 and now I cant use my hand (i walk dogs as a volunteer at the shelter and we were taking a short brake from building ikea pax when this happened.) more importantly I think even the way the bottoms are more sturdy that a large dog could kick this bowl over and slice their paws or nose up. it was very pretty but should not be sold for pets!

Our big dogs slop quite a bit when they drink & some of that slop runs under the metal dish. My wife was wiping it out while changing the water & a lot of the paint came off! Just from wiping, no soap, just water, there is a very strong (very strong!) chemical smell in the paint that came off, not good at all. My wife took a scrubbie to the inside of the riser & most all the paint came right off. It's all white under the dish, but we don't care, we do care about NOT making our (& your) animal very sick, buyer beware.First one came broke, they immediately took care of that, second one had "felt pen" touch-up, but we are willing to live w/that.

The ceramic base is sturdy and heavy enough that my dog (a 25-kg siberian husky) can't push it about when eating. It blends well in my home decor as well. The only thing I didn't like about it was the metal bowl. I mistook the diameter stated in the product description to be that of the bowl, was a bit disappointed when I got the actual product and found that the internal diameter of the bowl itself is just 6 inches - too small for my dog ! Luckily his existing bowl sits nicely on the base and works even better because the effective height is raised by a couple of inches. The original bowl itself is of good quality, but the black rubbery rim that I think is meant to make lifting the bowl out of the base easier was a bit sticky and "roughed" up when I got it - would be better if the replace it with better quality elastic materials like silicone.

Look great

It's perfect for my purposes!! It's heavy enough not to get tipped over or blown away, and far more attractive than any other dish I could have put outside. It's more of a green-tinged grey than the beige in the picture, but that actually works out better for me, as it matches the colour of my fence better. Zero complaints. I love it!!

Beautiful product! It's really hard to find raised water dishes for bigger dogs. Our Greyhounds love drinking out of it, our cats have even taken a liking to it. Not to mention, it matches our decor beautifully! I would most definitely recommend this product.
