Hello. Want this for a car. Does it lose colour intensity under constant sunlight?

It's only been a couple months, but so far it's good.

how does this compare to outdoor and waterproof applications like Oracle 651?

It’s right up there with Oracle 651

Anyone used it for tumblers or car decals? Does it hold up? Compared to oracle 651?

I have used for both. I haven’t put the tumblers to the dishwasher test yet . But I have run my car through the car wash 3 times in 2 weeks and it still looks like new .

Is this okay to use to wrap my bicycle?

Yes it is great for bicycle decoration alaso.
