Works for us
My wife and I just recently started playing tennis, so we picked up a 3-pack of Penn tennis balls, and they’ve been perfect for us as beginners! Right out of the can, they had a nice bounce and felt great on the court. We’ve used them for several games now, and they’re still holding up well—no noticeable loss of bounce or wear, which is impressive given that we’re still figuring out our technique! One thing we both noticed is how easy it is to control the Penn balls. For anyone starting out, having a consistent bounce and feel really makes a difference, especially while working on timing and accuracy. We’ve even tried a few other brands, and these just feel more solid and responsive. This 3-pack is just right for us—enough balls to keep the game going, but not too many that they’re rolling all over the place. It’s been such a great, affordable choice for getting us started. We’re looking forward to many more matches together, and Penn will definitely be our go-to!

Good product. Reasonable Price. Works for pain control.
I usually buy tennis balls for pain control. I buy a woven medical tube, cut it to five foot sections, put two balls in and use it to mash down muscle knots or trigger points causing referred pain. Used about ten minutes at a time it mashes down knots. You remove them from the place that was hurting the most and blood flow and nerves in knotted muscles are both released. Just do not fall asleep on them. The long tubing makes it easy to pull the balls into place behind your back. I had balls in tubes at my bed, my chair, in the cars and in my shop. If you cannot buy tubing, which they sell on Amazon, you can use panty hose legs. The empty tube is excellent for storing pens/pencils/shorter brushes.

Tennis Balls for Tennis and Tumble Drying!
As an avid tennis player, I've found the Penn Championship Tennis Balls to be an exceptional choice for both practice sessions and competitive matches. Their regular duty felt and pressurized design provide a consistent bounce and feel, ensuring a reliable performance on the court every time. What sets these tennis balls apart, however, is their versatility beyond the tennis court. While they excel in gameplay, I've also discovered their usefulness in other areas, such as tumble drying. The durable felt covering and pressurized core make them resilient to the rigors of the dryer, effectively fluffing up laundry without damaging the balls themselves. Additionally, the bright yellow color of the Penn Championship Tennis Balls makes them easy to spot on the court and in the laundry, reducing the chances of misplacing them. This added visibility is particularly beneficial during intense matches or when sorting through laundry. In terms of durability, these tennis balls hold up remarkably well to repeated use and tumble drying cycles. I've found that they maintain their bounce and felt texture even after extended gameplay and multiple rounds in the dryer, ensuring a consistent performance over time. Overall, I highly recommend the Penn Championship Tennis Balls for their exceptional performance on the tennis court and their versatility for other tasks like tumble drying. Whether you're a seasoned player or simply looking for reliable tennis balls that can multitask, these balls are an excellent choice.

Smells but does the job
It smells pretty bad like a strong rubbery scent but my dog loves playing with it. It seems to be made of strong materials and so far looks a little dirtied but not broken or deflated at all.

Perfect to play casually with the kiddos.
Excellent, just as advertised. I've bought several of these in the past and they just feel and play how I need them to.

Dog Approved!
Thank you Penn. I bought these almost two years ago, quantity 36. Also, a couple of months later I needed more so I bought a brand called Tourn? The Tourn lasted at best 6 months. I have a Lab who chases each individual ball in a large backyard, about 60 total. He chases these balls 3 x a day. When he is done with the chase he then picks each one up and puts them back in their bucket. The Tourn balls all split in two with the exception of about 10. Mind you, while the balls sit in the bucket its El Paso Tx heat they bake in all summer long. All of the original Penn championship balls are still in good shape. Now my Lab has 36 more. In the last two weeks I am tossing away at least one Tourn ball in the garbage everyday because they have split. With Lab slobber and strong chewing, soaked in sprinkler water 3 x week and extremely hot temperatures in the summer Penn 1 keeps on going strong. I have no idea but hitting these balls with a racket seems like no contest ;-)

Although the ball plays and bounces like any hard ball
Keeps high bounce after 6 hr of hard hitting. Although the ball plays and bounces like any hard ball, it feels soft on the racket in a sense you don't feel an strong impact even at high speeds. Tried these balls after Sport Direct stopped selling Dunlop Fort (in the UK), and I must say the durability is on par with Dunlop if not better. But definately better than Slazengers sold by Sport Direct now.
