What is "keto," for some people may not be "keto," for others. Also, this is loaded with Omega 3's and 6"s you have the perfect ratio to keep inflammation down!One last thing, when you first open the jars you need to stir well, open your fridge and tip the jar upside down and let it sit for a bit.
