Great Textbook
Textbook is rented for a Summer Engineering course. It is in perfect condition and a fraction of the cost of buying a new one.

Highly Readable!
This is an ideal book for self teaching and studying. It has an excellent review of vector calculus. The new edition has a lot of wonderful examples that makes you excited about E&M. I found the examples on the metamaterial fascinating. It has some of the best coverage of waves, transmission lines, and wave guides. The chapter on the numerical methods (often ignored by some lazy university profs but extremely useful) is a gold mine. On average, I find this book much more readable than Griffith's Introduction to Electrodynamics.

Okay
3/5 because the book seems to intend to be all encompassing, but then makes constant assumptions about the readers knowledge involving E&M. Viz., not once does the book attempt to give intuition to what flux actually is. Math review is okay, but it is just that - a review. You'll need a good understanding of Green's Theorem and all that entails before tackling this. Good on applications, but I would recommend Griffith's for theory.

a new book delivered in a poor condition
I've ordered a brand new book, but a book in poor condition was delivered. Scratch and dust all over the book, and a couple of dents on it too. Definitely will return.

Needed more time
The book was fine, exactly the one needed for my class, but the return date was only 2 days before my final. I wish there was an option to chose a return date without having to get a whole 15 day extension.
