As the other reviewer said, it’s a sticker. It’s adhering as it’s supposed to and looks as it’s supposed to, so I can’t think of any reason not to be happy with it. It’s a good size and brightness for guests to be able to see there is a recycling can even if they don’t ask, and, likewise, there’s little chance that they will put regular trash in it by mistake. A vinyl decal would look nicer, but it serves my intended purpose for it and cost next to nothing, so I’m satisfied. I don’t expect a lot of people to pay much attention to it beyond recognizing they should put their cans and bottles in the black can rather than the silver one or the other can on the other side of the kitchen. It will also help me be able to teach my young kids what goes where, because now it has the sticker to set it apart. (Like, “Yogurt bottles are plastic, so they go in the green triangle one. Go put it in the green triangle one.” Now we have a visual cue that they’ll pick up on faster and be able to connect with the symbol when they’re in other places as well.) The actual graphics look good but the material is see through and I made the mistake of sticking it to the black plastic lid of my trash can and it practically disappeared. I pealed it off and stuck it on the stainless steel body and then it was very visible but me peeling it off pretty much trashed it (bad pun intended).

I placed this on the container I have under the sink for recycling, so that when people visit my home they know that’s not a place for garbage. I really like the sticker. It’s just the right size and catches the eye.

The sticker ink washed off and now I just have a clear round piece of plastic glued to my trash can.

Beautiful sticker. We bought two identical steel trash cans and wanted to have one for recyclables and other for regular garbage, by placing the sticker on one we now have perfectly matching cans for said purposes. We've had it for a while now and it doesn't look like the color is fading or like the adhesion will fail. Recommended.

The sticker itself is beautiful but the shipping was absolute trash. It took months to get to my house. I have two white garbage cans. One for trash and one for recycling. The green looks great against the white

It’s a good sign but too small. Our garbage pick up company say they cannot see it in the dark ( I actually can see it in the dark).
