My shower stall was recently renovated and the gaps to prevent debris from falling were obviously too huge (can see in video) so I bought this to fit on top of my flat drain. It fits perfectly! As you can see, from my tiny bunch of hair, it works and fits perfectly in the drain section. It doesn’t stick out a lot on the top and I can’t feel it if it bumps my feet. It isn’t hard to pull out if you push the rubber section in a bit or use a nail. It’s easy to take the hair off the drain cover not like other covers that have rubber. I would definitely recommend this!

Fits just inside the drain area . Stays put, no movement. Allows water to drain properly while catching all the hair, and preventing it from getting into the drain.

I bought this to keep roaches from coming out of the drain. Also to catch hair when I shower. The holes are so tiny the shower puddles as the water doesn't drain fast enough, and it's not catching the hair, so now I'm wondering where the hair is going? Lol

This product arrived quickly and fit the drain perfectly. I got it to replace the original plastic drain which had broken. I first checked the original manufacturer's website for a replacement. Another plastic one was about the same price as this one. The shipping cost, however, was going to be 2 times more expensive than the product. Glad I went with the SlipX as it was much less expensive in the end and it wont break when stepped on like the plastic original. The silicone rim makes a good seal and prevents the drain protector from moving. I am very satisfied with this product.

Water flows more slowly, as expected with the strainer holes. Still, for me, this drain protector stays in one place, catches hair nicely, and eliminates the worry of dropped, drain swallowed jewelry. Very happy with it. Thank you SlipX Solutions!

Positives: fits drain hole perfectly, keeps hair from going down drain, easy to removeNegatives: does not stay in place, no suction, small holes do not drain water well with small amount of long hair (I had to clean it off several times during my shower) 😢Sadly, this will not work for me and I am searching for something better.

we just had a shower stall installed and i needed something to cover the drain the stall came with. this covers it perfectly to catch the hair.

Fits my shower drain, looks nice, works like a charm. After shower, I just lift it out, remove the hair, allow to dry. Could NOT be an easier way to keep hair out of my drain.
