Base of turner is 2 3/4 inches ( closet to handle ) and wides to 4 inches at the farthest point. The length is 6 inches.

No, eggs don't stick. I've had turner for several months now and it's the best one I've seen yet. Doesn't melt on a very hot pan, which is one of the best features!
