It moves and it walks. I bought it for my dogs who delight in chasing our kitties and can never catch them, but the dogs are scared of it !!

Does anyone else have to smack its back vs pet it to get it to react?

I had to smack it pretty good. But any loud and sudden noise could make it move too. Clapping hands worked most of the time.
