Anchor Hocking Oven Basics Bake Set (Mini Loaf Dish Set of 2)

It was originally unclear what the dimensions for these mini bread pans we're. I took a risk and ordered them. These are exactly what I was looking for! The INSIDE dimensions of these pans are 5 3/4 inches long, 3 inches wide, and 1 7/8 inch deep! I make homemade bread but a full loaf is too much for just my husband, our youngest teenager, and myself to eat before it goes bad. I can bake two of these and cut the loaves lengthwise and get 2-3 sandwiches out of each mini loaf! I can freeze my bread dough after the first rise, then when I need fresh bread I just put a frozen dough in these pans as I need them, allow to rise, and bake how ever many I need! These will also work great for gifting mini breads! These are glass so there isn't the issue of the sides expanding out like I read in some of the reviews for the silicone type. These stack together wonderfully too! Saves space. I love these little pans! I WILL be ordering a few more! :)

Love the size of these pans - perfect size to tuck into gift baskets or for shut ins. Breads slide out so easy. They clean up easy in the dishwasher. The metal pans seemed to always get a little rusty if any moisture was left on them.

Mine definitely came with two in the pack. They are the perfect small size I was looking for, so I'm quite happy with them. The only problem is they came nested and stuck quite tightly together and it took me awhile to get them apart without breaking (ice in the top one, oil in between the two, and put in warm water almost up to the top edge of the bottom one). I would recommend the seller place paper or other spacer between the two to avoid this.

The ones I purchased are a little curved in one one of the long sides, but that hasn't affected the look of the loafs--you'd never know it. They're durable and are easy to clean.

Biggest problem is the website description. I couldn’t tell what size these were and how much they held. I even asked the question on Amazon, and the answer varied from a full loaf recipe to half loaf to a third loaf to a quarter so I just ordered hoping they would work.I received them and they are very small. My loaf pan holds 6 cups of batter. These hold 1 1/4 cup of batter. You would need four of these for one recipe. I was looking for a half loaf so I will be returning.

I like these so much I ordered more of them. Three fit perfectly in my toaster oven (which shuts off automatically with the timer). I use one individually for heating food up and cooking vegetables. I also make egg loaves instead of pancakes or muffins. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to keep food from sticking. I've tried avocado oil, coconut oil, and butter. But even when the loaves stick, it all comes out easily after soaking them.

Says set of 2. I ordered 2 sets of 2 and only got 1 dish in each box. Should have received 4 total but only received 2...
