Shabby looking outer cover.
The quality of the flask is ok but the plastic cover is so cheap and of very shabby in terms of fabric quality, strap quality and finishing. We cannot carry the flask for outing due to this shabby looking cover. Also introduce black color CAP as it's more neutral color.

Works Well but Arrived in Messy Packaging
The flask works really well and keeps drinks hot and cold as promised. The quality of the flask itself is good, and the inside is in perfect condition. However, the packaging was very disappointing. It was wet and greasy, as if some soap or oily substance had leaked onto it, and the package was partially torn. The outside of the flask was also greasy when I received it. Apart from the poor packaging experience, the product itself is good and functional.

This has to be the best thermos I have ever used. I keep it by my bed, full of hot tea at night. When I wash & refill it at night, the little bit that is left is still slightly warm after 24 hours. I keep a bottle of drinking water by my bed too, to add to the tea at night so I don’t burn my mouth when I wake up. It absolutely keeps hot tea hot.
