Q: Can I use this to connect with Aico heat alarm Ei3014 ?

Yes you can. Either hard wired via a 1.5mm² 3 core and earth cable or by using 2 of the wireless smart modules. Hope this helps

Q: Hi, this product has only 1 blue connection but i have 2 blue wires to connect. my old ei156 had 2 blue connections. what to do with 2nd blue wire?

The EI3016 works on a brown(live) , blue(neutral) , & black (interconnect) .The black being used if you have more than one smoke alarm and you are linking them together? On the EI156 it was brown(live), blue(neutral) & white(interconnect). My only thought is if you have more than 1 smoke alarm and have a linked system, the second blue would be the neutral link to the next alarm, unless whoever has wired your smokes has used one of the blue's for a live connection which really shouldn't be done?

Q: My new detector beeps every 2 minutes. is it faulty?

Yes it is faulty. Contact Aico and if it’s within warranty they will replace it FOC.

Q: Will this replace the older ei151tl are the connections the same thanks

I don't know what connections are on the old model, but having recently installed this model, it was a simple task of just hard wiring the Live, Neutal and Earth. It has to be a permanent feed.
