A must-read for every slalom skater
Although I am aware of most of the facts and tricks discussed in this book, it was really eye-opening for me, and put things into different perspective.

Great to get the technique right
All the explanations are super clear and I especially enjoyed the section about how to set up your practice to make the most out of it.

Its a good book that covers a lot about a subject few have covered. Naomi's years of skating and expert knolage come threw clearly.

Great book for starters, maybe even for advanced skaters who usually enjoy different skating purposes (Speed, etc.)
I don't know Naomi Grigg, but stumbled across some of her videos (YT).This book is a perfect companion to these videos or vice versa. From my point of view every Skater should take a look at this book to enhance his/her capabilities. So Speedskaters are for example "one-trick-ponies" (or just very specialized), and this is maybe truth, as I count myselfa bit to this species, but everyone can gain a bit frome freestyle skating, and I already saw people with Speedskatesdoing the "Igor" :)Good book, sometimes philosophical, but usually more technical, very ggod explained. But even the best book doesn't substitute a trainer (in person).
