These things are great. I had to hang a gallery wall above my stairs and felt very secure using these. It’s more expensive than some of the alternatives, but worth the investment given your safety.

Love how sturdy this is! It's made well and fit our steep outdoor stairs so we could paint the side of the garage.

I loved using this product. It was great for doing a staircase. It fit the legs of my six foot but did not fit the eight foot. I was able to make the eight foot extend onto the stairs which maybe it was intended for. Grip was great. I felt safe. It was easy to put together. Excellent product overall. It was easy adjustable for any staircase.

From the picture you might think you are taking your life into your own hands if using this, but it is actually well built and stable. The rubber is thick and grips the stair well. The ladder platform is walled off so the ladder can't slip off of it. The metal is a sturdy gauge. I'm sure there are Chinese knockoffs that could indeed be scary, but this one is legit. It sucks to have to shell out this much money just to cut in that single line of paint at the top of the stairwell that your roller can't cover, but you are pretty much stuck with this reality.

We couldn’t figure out how to get up high on our stairwell wall!! We have a 4 story house. Once I found this on Amazon, I knew it would work. Genius!!It made it all quite easy!! It’s very well made, it’s very adjustable so you get a solid feel. It’s was worth every cent. If we didn’t have this we would have had to hire someone!!

Had no worries painting the ceiling and walls above our stairway with this. I looked at the cheaper options and felt this was worth the relatively small amount of extra money. The rubber feet in particular seemed like better quality than the cheaper options. Overall this felt very stable on carpeted stairs. I used it with 16 and 24-foot extension ladders.
