I used this product for a total of 8 weeks and it worked in trimming some body fat. I am not overweight and just wanted to have a trimmer waistline and leaner belly. I was 115 lbs. and dropped to 109 lbs. and occasionally go up to 111 lbs. if I binge. I followed the regimen of exercising (brisk walking at least 30 mins. a day) and a healthy diet that doesn't go over 2,000 calories per day). The label warns you that this lowers your blood glucose levels so just beware. Taking this supplements made me very moody and depressed which I believe is the side effect of low blood glucose. That's all I observed but otherwise, it helped me lose extra fat and weight. I've stopped taking this because of the effects on my mood and I intend to maintain my weight for now without supplements. This was successful in its aim but if it creates unpleasant side effects then I consider it a short-term supplement for hopefully long-term results. Again, each person is different and supplements like this work differently for different people.

This product was recommended by my internist and dietician. It helps the body reduce fat content. It really works. I was trying to loose weight about a year ago and his was included in my diet plan. In conjunction with proper eating and exercising, it helped my body reduce it's percentage of body fat. I would make sure your doctor recommends that it is okay for you to take it. I would recommend it.I discovered that it was better priced at amazon than purchasing it through my physician's office, which helped also.

I am thrilled with this product! I have been taking it for one week and I lost 6 lbs. in that one week time period! I still ate the things I loved, such as enchiladas, salmon and cream cheese sushi, Eggplant Parmesan, whole grain bread with honey and hemp seeds, even tacos from Jack in the Box! I had begun taking this product on the first of August and thus far am not completely satisfied with the product. I am going to take this product for the complete eight weeks to determine if it will produce the results that were stated in its' advertizement in one of my local health magazines. I have noticed, since taking this product, it is begining to shrink my fat cells which is a happy occurence. At the end of the eight weeks, I will include a new review of this product to tell what my results were. Until then, as of now, I would recommend this product.

ive been using this product for a few years now, it keeps my weight down with eating well and exercise, it will cause bouts of diarrhea, so be aware of this,this could be why it helps keep my weight down.

Very happy with the product, if I take it 30 minutes before meal, it greatly reduces my hunger and I do not overeat.

I have tried all kinds of diet pills. This one curbed my appetite mildly ... or its possible that taking it thirty minutes before I ate and then forcing myself to wait thirty minutes (and drinking a lot of water) is what really curbed my appetite. I can not be 100% sure. I can say that I lost weight but I am also working out 6 days a week and eating clean.If it is good for something it is just as a small aid to someone who is already eating healthy and exercising.

Product is wonderful! I have only been using it a couple of days, but it has no side effects and I will continue to give it a chance. I does curve my appetite and I don't have any cravings to snack. I am only taking it once a day, then I will move up to its normal dose.
