I buy supplies for arts and crafts at home with my grandchildren, and I found these colored sheets—they are perfect for kids both big and small. My little granddaughter, who is just learning to use scissors, had so much fun with them. I would definitely buy them again!

So, I got this paper for a project I’m doing with cranes. I was folding the cranes full size, and decided to go smaller and cut the paper to 1in squares. The paper cuts and folds well at both sizes. The paper is overall decent, and great if you’re just wanting to do beginner origami. The paper is easy to work with, and there’s a good spread of colors to fold with. I think I may be a bit of a paper snob, and was slightly disappointed in the colors and material of paper. The yellow I felt could be brighter/more vibrant. And was disappointed in their small selection of purples (2 colors/shades). The paper is not as shiny/glossy as I hoped for. The paper is similar to semi smooth construction paper. Which isn’t a bad thing, unless you’re looking for more of a glossy finish for your projects. Overall, I think this paper would be great for beginners. Cheap, and I don’t feel as bad for ‘wasting’ some sheets. If you’re doing the 1000 cranes, this would be perfect!

I love Origami. Have been doing it since I was a kid with my neighbors who are from Japan. This is quality, I’m sure they’d approve too!

Not equally even squares and some are very thick and some very thin (but both easily rip with folding). To use as origami, I had to measure and trim the edges to be actually even squares and useable

This paper is not suitable for anything but the simplest models of origami. cranes maybe. I am an accomplished folder with many years of experience and have handled lots of tricky paper, this one simply is unsuitable for origami. It might be good for other crafts as the colors are beautiful and has quite a few shades. All in all a disappointing experience.
