Smooth bearings, easy fit and good solid platform.

The pedals arrived and were incredibly stiff, unusably stiff unfortunately. I removed the plastic screw cap to find it was packed with the thickest stickiest grease imaginable, and held on with a 10mm nylock nut. I undid the nut and removed all the grease, it's basically a spindle with two nylon washers which the pedal rotates on. Unfortunately with the very thick grease it seemed to clog up the pedal and stiffen it making you have you fight against it when pedalling. I took both pedals apart and degreased them completely, and regreased with a cycling specific grease, then reassembled and since then they have worked perfectly, I have only cycled maybe 100-150 miles with then since changing the grease but the improvement is night and day.

This is the 2nd set of these pedals.. 1set seized up after a week.. new set ok so far perhaps just a faulty batch .. good product thou and excellent delivery..

I bought these for an old mountain bike I have converted as a town bike. They are light, slim, but very big. The main issue I have with them though is that the central spindle-housing seems to stand proud of the platform so if you are wearing trainers you can feel it across the centre of your foot when you press down. They wouldn't be good on a long ride.

Bought them the attach to a signgle speed bike i've been making.Peddles look quite good, they are very grippy and feel good

Very nice colours ,good quality ,lightweight , but one side was a bit trashed from the Allen key

It's impossible to dislike the colour range, style design and technical adjustment on the pedal bearing axil, you can feel its a smooth bearing system also, this indicates that this pedal will last a lifetime if looked after being kept out the rain, re grease bearing cage after every 10-20 000km depending on how much pedal force you use, u can feel resinence of bearing by swivelling the pedal axil with your fingers,Worth the spend value for money!
