have 10 year old danner 18B that had std impeller the ceramic shaft was broken this fractionating impeller fit it perfectly and pump runs great i see no difference in performance

Great fit easy installation. My pond pump is flowing good. If durability is good I will change to a 5 star. If this impeller fits your pump I would highly recommend it.

A lot of yuck and tedious screws to open the Danner 188 pump. I that stopped running in less than 2 month’s after It is i was skeptical of whether buying a new part was worth the money and time on a risky bet. Especially after Danner pump and that installed part listed here stopped working too. from a drained wallet and enjoyment out of fun I was supposed to be having with a hobby, esp when my repair causes

These little gizmos are so cool. I use these in all my tanks instead of noisy air blowers. I now combine this with a venturi adapter but you don't have to use one of those. For years I'd stuff an airline tube with a valve on it into the intake tubes before my pump. The water rushing toward the pump sucks in air. The valve allows control over how much air. This impeller breaks up those air bubbles into amazing little microbubbles. This does a much better job aerating than any bubbler ever could. It's also always quiet and lasts for years.

I was taking a wild guess, for the serial numbers had long been worn off my pump... but the impeller works perfectly!!!

The price was kind of high but it functions alright

Impeller worked as advertised. Actually no measurable difference between this style and the standard impeller. It was my thinking that it may pump a little less water would be a little more controllable. Didn't notice that difference.
