Hamilton Beach Belgian Waffle Maker with PFAS-Free Non-Stick Ceramic-Coated Plates, Browning Control, Indicator Lights, Stainless Steel (26081)

There are lots of Belgian style waffle makers available today. This one makes large sized waggles without taking up much counter space. Simply plug in the unit, wait for the green light to come on, then open and add the batter. Close and leave for approximately 6 minutes. The result is a nice thick waffle that’s meal sized. It heats up quickly, so minimal downtime between waffles. The adjustable knob allows you to control the brownness and doneness of the waffles. I just set it after the first waffle and leave it there. Easy to use, with no flipping required. The insides are easy to clean with a simple wipe with a damp towel. The stainless steel top needs little care, other than the occasional wipe down. A great waffle maker that’s barely bigger than the waffles it makes. The only drawback for some might be the short cord. Fine for countertops, it’s likely not long enough to have at the table setting.

Nice product. Cleans easily and waffles are fine. It seems it could be hotter and cook faster but could be best way to cook waffles and gets the job done, just takes a few minutes longer than exprected. Dont use spray oil though as mentioned in Manual as just burns. Just a wipe with bit of oil on paper towel works fine. Waffles come off griddle easily. No light comes on to indicate when waffle is done as some models may but easy to check doneness with lift of lid. I would recommend.

After cleaning the waffle maker plates as instructed in the buyers manual, it cooked my waffle recipe with banana, cinnamon and raisin to my delight. Heat distribution, temperature control, messiness stability, and waffle quality was very good.

Very pleased with this non-stick waffle iron. Used it a few times so far with great results. Excellent option if you don't want Teflon. The waffles did not stick at all, and I just wiped clean with a paper towel. The doneness dial is great, as is the ready light. Highly recommend this!

Echoing what others on here are saying- it is slow. It doesn't burn the waffles & they do not stick. The machine is worth the very low price. I had a fancier one for years that had a few more features I now miss a little but, will survive. I watch for the steam to stop, which usually takes 5 or more minutes. You have to use your senses to know when they're done. The results are generally quite satisfactory.

I'm giving this Company A Five Star 🌟 rating for a great Belgium Waffle maker. I have been using every day since I bought it. Spray a little cooking spray and pour Waffle Mix in they're done in less than 5 minutes. I use Wheat flour a Homemade Waffle recipe. Very easy to clean. Great price, Great Product. Very Well Made.

This waffle maker is an absolute 10/10 the waffles don’t stick, it’s super easy to clean, it doesn’t take up much space in the cabinets, temperature is easy to control without getting too hot; they turn out perfectly. We usually make protein waffles, and they come out spectacular here—golden and crispy on the outside but soft in the middle. What I like most is that it doesn’t contain any harmful materials.

I got this for my daughter for Mother’s Day and she said she just loves it!! She made regular and blueberry waffles that were delicious and said no oil or anything to make it not stick, she said it came right out no braking the waffle, just perfect waffles!

Was debating getting a much pricier one, but opted for this as I thought it was safer (copper, not chemy non-stick) and my kids demand I use it every weekend. It’s more than paid for itself now (vs buying frozen waffles) and works great. Easy to clean, nothing sticks… wish I’d bought it sooner!

This is my first waffle maker and I made gluten free waffles using a gluten free flour blend purchased at Costco. Well the waffles turned out amazing and I just love this waffle maker!!! The copper plates are perfection. the waffles turned a nice golden colour and were fluffy with a slight crisp to the outside just the way we love it. The best part was there was not a speck of batter on the waffle maker once I was done making the waffles, it was spotless!! Nothing to wipe out at all but I will run a wet cloth over the plates when it cools down just because ;-)) I had the setting to the highest heat setting and set my stove timer to 6 minutes as that gave the nice golden colour but the waffle maker also has a ready light which did go on but I wasn't paying attention to when it went on so I will need to do that just to see if it is accurate with the 6 minutes.. Timing will depend on the type of batter you use and how well done you like the waffles to be. I highly recommend this waffle maker by Hamilton Beach!!
