I love this! I can never get anyone to help me at gym and even thought I can use my iPhone to look at description and how to use machine; it is not enough and takes too long. With this poster at home; I can do weights by myself and practice for when I go to gym.

Nice poster that’s laminated with easy to follow pictures/descriptions. Works great in my home gym. No need to fumble with cell phone for work outs.

Excellent collection of dumbbell exercises presented on a large laminated poster organized into groups like upper body, core, back, lower body and total body. Clear instructions with graphics make this a great wall hanging in any exercise room. There are bonus exercises on the reverse side. My only complaint is that to display the front and reverse sides on my wall I had to buy a second copy which doubled the cost. The poster is well-worth $7.99, but including tax the two copies came to over $19. I really found this very useful, so I paid the price to buy the two copies, but wish there was an offer to buy two copies without lamination to get the cost lower. Or even a bundles price for two copies with some discount. Hey, I bought two because this is a really useful good-looking guide that I wanted to display showing both sides, so I am clearlya big fan!

I've purchased four of your charts to complement my 14-year-old daughter's Occupational Therapy regimens. There is no practical way to keep them flat, vertical, and on display during exercise periods in the home. So they end up flat on a table and stored behind other things. It would be helpful if you offered some kind of simple frame kit that fits these charts flat and displays both sides. I've looked at WALMART poster frames, which are (perhaps too) lightweight--will try to see if your posters will fit and be visible from both sides. If so, it would solve a storage and display problem quite conveniently. I also had the thought that having each separate exercise numbered would help in assigning exercise routines. Good product. Good price. Charts appear to be durable.

Great poster with two sides. One has dumbbell works and the other has body weight. It’s great to include in a new home gym.
