When we got the bag my spouse said they were rock hard! We were going to return the item because the bag wasnt opened yet however since Amazon said we cant, we opened it to try it. These little squares are hard, do not squish or melt or go soft. In your mouth - zero taste. Just a cube of .. nothing. Extremely disappointed. Edit: We were going to throw this out but after taking the top layer off the ones down in the bag were different. They are still hard but nothing like the ones at the top. Bad batch? We put them in our shakes but if you do be aware, they do not shread or get smaller. Its just a crunchy treat in the shake. They are actually nice little treats to pop in your mouth. I changed our review from 1 to 4 stars because its a better product overall than I realized. We will be purchasing more.

It does taste like fresh dried coconut, smells great that’s about it.. bought the 3lbs bag don’t know what to do with them now.
