This is a wonderful faucet! It looks great, works perfectly, good pressure and does not leak! It was very easy to install and the installation system it uses will be very easy to remove it I ever decide to replace it in the future. I am very happy with this purchase

I purchased the item from Amazon. It was very easy to install. It came with directions that were easy to follow. The connectors under the sink are very good quality. The faucet is very stable. After several months of use, the sprayer portion of the faucet started acting up and would not return to normal after using the sprayer. I contacted the company for warranty and was assisted by Aimee. A few simple emails including one I sent with a video of how the sprayer was working incorrectly and Aimee sent me a new sprayer. Detaching the sprayer portion from the faucet was very easy. I replaced the old sprayer part with the new one and it works great and looks great! Sturdy faucet and great water flow.

Love this faucet. Did a kitchen renovation and came across these on Amazon. Husband was skeptical because of the price but I read the reviews and that help to make the purchase. Got them. Love them. Great color. Great value. Very durable. Perfect height and no leakage and easy to clean up. Would definately recommend this product. Nice and sleek look

The metal is a bit thin, and the water pressure is a bit lower than what I like, but overall it is a good faucet and it works well. Easy to install. Great value for the money. Update: after using it a few days, the pressure is fine. I just had to get used to it. I even reduce the pressure for hand washing to lower the flow. It has a button to stop the water flow entirely also, if you like that. Overall nice.

Like so many others have commented, the hassle was getting the old faucet off. I live in a 5th wheel travel trailer and it has 1/2" pvc pipes that go all the way to the counter. The new faucet comes with its own hoses, so it caused an issue with my long pipes. Anyhow, I worked the pipes around to where I get the hoses on. One problem, the ends are not a regular 3/8" but rather 3/8" compression. So I emailed the company to get more info on the type of connector. In the meantime I ran to Ace Hardware and got the proper 1/2" male to 3/8" male compression connector. Go back, get everything hooked up, turn on the water & the hot water hose is leaking badly above the connection. No amount of Teflon tape or tightening helps it. By then, customer service responded. Faster than I thought I will admit. I explain I found out about the connection type but explain my issue with the hot water hose. I provided a video of the water spraying and sent it to them. Within a few hours, they respond back. New hoses will be sent. In the meantime, I go to put my old faucet back on but discover the old pvc pipe had cracked by the connection. Ugh. So back to Ace Hardware I go and they hook me up with water turn off valves that have the 3/8" male compression end. It cost me more than I anticipated but we'll worth it. The shit off valves clamp on, no glue, no fuss (I went ahead & cut the pvc pipes down & bought 2 hoses to go from shut off valves to old faucet) Anyhow, a couple days later I get a package. A large, heavy package. They just sent me a new faucet. Wow, so cool. Needless to say, after fixing own connections underneath, it only took about 10 minutes to get the old faucet off and new one on, if that long. The faucet looks great, works good. Yes, I have a wandering plant behind it, so I've got the handle at an angle. But that can be adjusted easily. The sprayer is nice, I've been wanting one. Comes in handy. Overall, very happy with the faucet (gives me better water pressure too). Extremely happy with customer service. Would definitely highly recommend

Easy to install. Works well and all parts are included. I wasn't sure i would like the nozzle pulling down and a soap dispenser where the sprayer used to be. Answer is. Love it. Sprays well, easily controlled and water flow rate works. Fit without issue in my limited space and installed it in about 30 minutes (getting the old one out took most of the time!)

Looks cool and they offer a free gift when you activate your warranty but the free gift is either a key to take your filter out or a new filter itself. But you need a key to get the filter out so it’s making you have to buy one to get the other one. That approach right there isn’t even a business stand point,,, the sink should come with the key or else it’s incomplete. So I’ll take my comment off what I see, cheaply designed material, a foam as a gasket and might I add I suggest using silicon around the edges for water barrier and teflon tape is on nothing or a little bit to make sure there product is leak proof. So I bought a little tube of silicon was $4 and I used $.25 cents of it and a whole roll of teflon tape was $2 which I used $.5 cents of. This is made to look like an easy installation for anyone than give the dummy the stuff so that the sinks successful or make a cheap sink through China for $1, put a 5 year warranty on it and have no problem having them replaced since you already got $60 out of them and a false good review since the reviews are going off how easy it is and not life expectancy. After excepting my free gift it instantly routed me to amazons page to review the item. So once again this products easy in and easy out but thats because of there return policy. Ship them back and get a new one every year and the brush nickel will tarnish. I will be giving a 5 star, no business deserves anything less unless it’s down right wrong so once again I say, this review that I was forced to write to get the free item is way to early. Update: just got done installing it and it took about an hour taking the old one out, cleaning up the sink to apply the silicon and put the new one in. They give you a foam gasket but like I said that’s just going to accumulate water, which will leak and than Bacteria. I did it by myself but I recommend 2 people just to have someone hold the top so it doesn’t twist because being a grown man and having to crawl in and out of under the sink is not fun. So I took the head of the sink off put Teflon tape on it and also put Teflon tape on the hoses, applied heavy clear silicon to the underneath of the baseplate, line it up (have someone hold it and keep it straight while you go under the sink to tighten it down). You’ll notice the foam will be down and you’ll have to go around the edges maybe to seal it again and use a scraper to get up the excess 24 hours later. This may sound like a lot but it’s basically adding glue and pipe tape for leaks and sealing to the operation for longer life and to protect surrounding areas from water damage. I also didn’t buy black I bought brushes nickel, I new the black would chip but it’s worth $60. Do it the right way not the way that fast.
