This tea is bitter but healthy for you only use like two stems if you use more it get extra bitter

I like it. Have been drinking it almost every day. It's not as bitter as I expected (maybe I've gotten used to it?). I add 1 leaf per tea cup and let it steep for 3-5 minutes (leaf will totally unfurl). Has a taste somewhere between Miso and Seaweed to me.

I've wanted to buy this tea for years, and I finally cracked and did it! This tea is exactly what I was looking for! It has a really bitter flavor, but that is how it is supposed to taste ("kuding" translates to "bitter needle"). I'm guessing that the previous comment about a smokey flavor was referring to the intended flavor.If you are a bold person in search of a new, daring tea, try this out!!Also, I'm a biochemist and need to nerd out for a second.
