toyuugo True HEPA Filter Replacement with Active Carbon Filter for Air Purifier only apply to HE822

I am pleased with the unit but very very disappointed I can’t get a replacement filter. Amazon selling VK but mine is HE. Ordered a VK but it was slightly too big. Please advise where I can get an HE replacement filter

This was a brilliant air filter, but when they introduced a new model, they seem to have stopped producing the old filters. - Such a sharp practice has meant I will never buy from Toyuugo again.

There replacement air purifier filters don’t not fit this toyuugo air purifier machine upgraded version model 2019 why did they make this machine upgraded version model 2019 and not make the right replacement filter that fits like the one that came when I buy them the replacement filter for this model is not the same as the one that came with this the one on amazon website for seller they hole in the middle is to same to fit this model so now can’t use them why don’t they make the right one that came with this machine upgraded version model 2019 they seller is say on amazon website it does but other customer say it does not this is misleading customer and is very wrong please can amazon get to the bottom of this matter they seller should have there contact with amazon canals when did they make this machine upgraded version model and not make sure the replacement filter do fit I try when I buy one and the hole is the middle is to small it’s does not fit this is very shameful of this seller and low quality standards and leadership or management not to check they do fit this model

You will be shocked at how dirty the filter is when you change it. It's doing a fantastic job and I think my house is immaculate, Made a huge difference to my son's allergies.

I love this hepa filter. The filter was a little tricky to replace, but well worth it. The filter is great quality and I have very little dust and no dust mites any more!!

I love tge toyuugo air purifier , I have too. The filter worked no problem. A little bit expensive but it is a HEPA filter.

after waiting a little for this product to come back in stock i thought great ,so i ordered one, it doesn't fit,not a happy bunny

Cannot get a replacement filter so unit is useless. Will have to buy a new unit when my last filter runs out. Was not a cheap unit either.Very annoying- I thought we were supposed to be moving away from a throw away culture?
