These taste so fab and so fulfilling too. I make my keto overnight oats to take work with me. 5 tablespoons of these hemp hearts/seeds, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and flaxseeds. 1/2 cup of milk and add more if it gets thick😉. I then add my fav toppings and it’s delicious. Keeps me full till lunch time and really beneficial as it’s primary good fats and protein therefore gives a good source of energy. I think this is my 3rd packet and by far this brand does the best for value and taste.

This is my first ever order of hemp seed, and I really like the quality and taste. It's very versatile - you can sprinkle it on anything. I mix mine up with cashew nuts, chilling powder, black salt and olive oil for a delicious afternoon snack!

I buy these regularly. They are packed full of healthy nutrients and high in omega 3. Since I have a diploma in nutrition I understand the value of these amazing seeds. Eaten as part of a plant based diet they are a wonderful addition. Best eaten without heating.

Hanfsamen sind definitiv mein neues Lieblingsprodukt. Sie sind überall einsetzbar und am liebsten esse ich sie in Naturjoghurt, über Salat gestreut und tatsächlich als absolutes Highlight in "Schokoladenpudding" :-) (den mache ich selber aus einer Avocado, 1EL Kakaopulver und einer Banane)

Bioware, sehr lecker im Müsli, bin total begeistert von diesem Produkt und habe 3 x bestellt.

Wenn man Bock hat die Schalen auszusortieren ist es eigentlich ganz nett

Laut Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum nur noch 1 Woche haltbar, 3 Wochen später waren schon Würmer drin. Außerdem viele Schalenreste. Da hilft nichtmal der günstige Preis.

Das Produkt wird damit beworben das es keine Schale enthält was absolut nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.Die dunklen stellen auf den Fotos sind zerkleinerte Hanfsamenschalen.Dadurch das die Hanfsamenschalen zerkleinerten wurden läßt sich das Produkt gut essen, aber von der Sensorik ist es meiner Meinung nach kein Vergleich zu Hanfsamen ohne Schale und wenn man das Produkt richtig deklariert hätte wäre meine Bewertung auch besser ausgefallen.
