I followed the instructions that came with it. Plugged it in. Turned on. It started leaking water from the bottom. Next an orange-yellow flash came from inside the unit on the right side. Burning smell started to come from the unit. Immediately unplugged it! And took it outside!

Caused rash
I followed the directions and when I was done I had a horrible rash all over my face. I double checked to make sure I had used it properly. Sent it back the next day and waited two days for my clear up.

The steam seems to come out sideways and often goes into different directions. I had to keep opening my eyes and moving my face around to get the steam, even with a towel hanging over my face to try to box the steam in.
