Do this case have a handle?

The one I got in March 2018 does have a handle that looks exactly as pictured; it's fairly sturdy, although if you don't lock down the black sliders on either side of the handle by pressing them toward the handle, the contents would spill out. So far, the black sliders/locks work fine on mine!

Is there additional room, in the back section say, for adding items like a cpr breathing barrier, epi-pen, surgical masks, and narcan nasal spray?
