My partner insisted on buying this one but wish I’d stuck to my guns and stayed with the name brands I’ve used and trusted for years. Cost twice as much and has been more trouble than any washer dryer I have ever owned.Has now flooded my utility room so many times that my tiles have lifted leaving bare concrete floor. No point in having it repaired again as it just keeps flooding. On all my other machines I checked the filter ever week and that was fine. With this one you need to do it every time you use the machine which I do. It needs draining every time to. The small tube doesn’t work properly and if you open the drain cover before you get water everywhere. My partner and I are both disabled so find this all very difficult.Drying wise, it drys well but despite it weighing the load before it doesn’t dry it in one go even on high heat. It takes 2 or usually 3 times through before it’s dry.The Ad Wash is also a waste of time since you can’t open the door while the wash is running, you have to turn it off then wait to add anything, whether washing or drying. You can do that with a normal washing machine so this is very misleading.Suffice to say I will not be buying another Samsung washer or dryer and it has in fact made me wary of all Samsung products. If I could have scored it zero I would have. My advice is avoid at all costs.
