4E's Novelty Expandable Breathing Ball Sphere - Breathing Visual, Fidget Toys Expands from 6 to 12" Expanding Sphere for Kids & Adult

I bought this because I have always wanted one and I thought it would make for a great visual stim for myself and it does. Although sometimes the pieces that connect will pop out and I have to fix them. It's an easy enough fix unless the pieces eventually break fully. It's made of plastic so my expectations on it breaking eventually are average expectations. As I stated previously though it's not bad and it's visually satisfying for me until I notice a piece that has popped out and I need to fix it, it's good. It's quiet so it could be taken on car trips/traveling/etc yet it's not small enough that you would be able to keep it on your person unless you carry it in backpack/large bag. Once again, it's plastic (the entire thing) the connection pieces are small. If you give this to a little one who you already are aware is rough with their fidgets/stims/toys this is not for them. It's light, MADE OF PLASTIC, and the pieces could break. Expecting this to be indestructible and thinking it would never, ever, EVER break is silly. All things break. For what it is I enjoy this fidget/stim and I will keep it. Will I buy another? It's a possibility.

I ordered both this product and the original Hoberman Mini Sphere. This product is the best of the two. Much more sturdy and thick, the Hoberman sphere feels very flimsy and easy to break. The quality of this one’s material causes it to have a tiny bit of resistance. So if you like to sling it up in the air and watch it expand, then you just have to sling it a little harder than you would the Hoberman. Definitely a better buy for children!!! I will be gifting this one to my child and keeping the Hoberman for my office desk. Both are very satisfying to play with. One thing that may be a problem for some buyers is the color that it came in. I thought that I was buying the rainbow themed one, the sphere the cake is all blue and black. But my boy will like that better anyway!

They are not as sturdy as the ball that I already have. But they are fun for my Great Grand kids.

This is such a fun toy! I saw it in my cousin's house, she said her 4 year old loves it so much, while we were there my 2 year old nephew started playing with it and loved it so much. He loved that it gets big and small, and so he kept making it big and then small and announcing which one it was lol. Overall it's a fun toy to play with and very easy to use that my two year old nephew played with ease. I had to order this one for him because he enjoyed it so much. It's great quality and a great find! Highly recommend it.

My five year old son is super high energy, always in go-mode. While he is usually very happy and playful, we do have those moments where he has complete meltdowns and we are unable to connect with him. His kindergarten teacher employs these balls in her classroom so we decided to get them at home. And thank goodness was we did! He loves using the ball to help calm him down and regulate his breathing. When the ball expands he breaths in and then exhales as he closes it back up. There are games he plays with it, for example using it to ‘catch’ some of his action figures since it has holes in it, and it is an additional measure to help him calm down and get into a happier place. He understands we only use the ball during these special times, and because he doesn’t have constant access to it he really values the time he spends with it. This breathing balls definitely adds value to my son’s mental state. Very happy with my purchase!

My kids were excited about this toy. The vibrant colors were eye catching. The pictures made them seem bigger than they actually are. The only issue is the quality. They are a little flimsy, but for the cost, I won’t be mad when they break after my kids start to treat the like balls!

I work with elementary school students and they absolutey love this breathing ball! It is a great fidget toy and calming strategy to help students focus on breathing. It is great quality and the perfect size.

For S$16, I did not expect such a poor quality product. it arrived poorly wrapped in a small loose and thin bubble wrap sheet. The plastic parts are poorly cut out, and two of the spokes were not connected to the product properly

Great if you have an over dominating partner, friend or family member. Expand and contract while breathing. Even good for working on shame issues. Thinking you’re not good enough from childhood experiences. Amazing for therapy.

This product was flimsy and poor quality. It also doesn’t stay in the large circle shape when expanded which it is meant to do. Do not recommend.
