plugged this device in but does not work. I check device manager and there a yellow question mark on the video device. if I remove the usb connection this yellow question disappears. package come with micro CD I believe for setup but my laptop has no cd drives. I have gone to download section of sellers website and downloaded driver which has not worked. As I cannot not get hold of seller unfortunately to ask a polite question I am adding this to review. hopefully seller will contact me with a resolution and then I can write another review. for now I will not recommend this product hope to here from seller or anyone who can advise thankyou

Product works but screen does the occasional flicker. Had to download the software although no instructions about this.

I am currently restoring my laptop after it is being diagnosed that it needs to be repaired. After installing the drive in the folder inside the USB I've restarted my laptop and this happened. I was trying to look for the suppliers contacts on my Amazon order account but I cannot find it normally it has a contact supplier link on the order so I am writing my review here. I do not think this I do is going to work.If anyone could advise me how am I going to make this work without damaging my laptop.

Item did not work, contained an unknown .exe file (possible virus?), and was identified as USB2.0 not 3.0.I may have the exception rather than the rule, but I won't be buying again!

Worked sometimes, not others. Went back to HDMI to VGA, which means still having to connect two cables to the laptop but at least that works...

Does not work! I only get input signal out of range! Tried all USB ports and settings. Anyone know what else to try?
