Rexel A4 Budget 2 Ring Binder
Well budget it says in the description and I'm afraid very much budget these ring binders are. Made from a single piece of red polypropylene these binders are very tough and will stand a great deal of use and abuse, unfortunately, because the material is quite thin there is no rigidity to the front and back covers. The spine fares better having the ring binder mechanism to provide some stiffness but the unit as a whole offers minimal protection from bending to whatever you have stored in it. It's like buying a paperback instead of a hardback book. I don't quite know the market that these binders are aimed at but there not for me.

Good value, good quality and hard wearing ring binders
Basic ring binders that are at the economy end of the market but still good quality and with the added advantage of being waterproof. The covers are flexible polypropylene that's lightweight and easy to wipe down and the ring binder mechanisms are solid and positive. They'll last for ages as well, as it would take a lot of use and abuse for them to show any wear or damage. Good for everyday home and office use, pretty good value as well for a pack of ten.

I hate the texture
I'm torn between 1 and 2 stars. While it functions, I loathe the texture. They feel very cheap. They look fine; I just viscerally am averse to them.

Adequately Decent!
I am building up a collection of new binders and accessories - and the Rexel brand is a solid choice for your office suppliesEven with these from their budget range, they are more than adequate for most paper storage needs.Nothing special about them - but nothing wrong with them,

Good budget option
Lightweight, plastic ringbinders that are great for basic storage and will not add unnecessary weight to your shelves or your bag when carrying files around. They're a lot better than more expensive options I've bought in the past as there's no cardboard edges to get battered and start peeling and have been heavier. As an extra bonus, as they are made of plastic they're splash proof. I'll buy more if I need to.

Good for school projects or home office documents
A robust A4 ring binder with two rings. The red casing is thin, but strong plastic, but is slightly flexible, not floppy, but once loaded with paper, not sturdy enough to stay upright when stood up without support. Each binder has a label slot on the spine, allowing for easy labelling, and the metal rings are tight, but not too tight that it makes opening difficult. The rings are snap closure fastening, so watch those fingers!

Economical filing option
These are straightforward 2-ring folders in bright red. These are from the Rexel Budget Range and so they are lighter and less robust than the other ranges available. My husband is using these in his workshop and his feedback is that he doesn't want to spend a lot of money on stationery; the 2 ring binder mechanism is strong and holds a fair amount of documents; when full they do stand up on the shelving; the polypropylene is tear resistant and easily wiped down. Overall they do the job he needs, appear to be hard wearing and they are economical for his small business.

Cheerful budget binders
These folders are advertised as 'budget' so as you'd expect, they aren't perfect. However I'm really pleased with them as they are fine for my requirements. They are bright and cheerful in red, so my attempts to be organised don't have to be dull. They are a bit floppy as they're made from a bendy plastic rather than the traditional more rigid materials. They still stand up well enough and I have all 10 of mine lined up on the shelf ok. A minor irritation is that the 'spine ticket window' where you slide the label in and out is very tight and I found it quite hard to get the label out to write on it, and again to get it back in. So you probably won't want to be fiddling about with that too often. The actual rings of the ring binder seem sturdy enough - looking the same as every other binder, and they open & shut fine. All in all I'd say that if you need to get ring binders and you can't afford the posh ones, these will do fine :)
