The clues that this is not a safe product are evident in the packaging but I had to learn the hard way that this product should be avoided. There is no manufacturer information on either the outer box or the so-called user manual. The product has a sticky label stuck to it appearing to claim that the product is CE compliant. The law requires this to be in a form that cannot be removed. The manual directs that it is to be plugged into a socket with no other appliance and that it should immediately be unplugged after use. Well, don't die laughing when your socket explodes or melts with the heat! Within seconds of switching on, this will cause quite a bit of heat (and plastic burning smell). However, ignoring this, having put some water in the water reservoir you now pass the thing over your floor. No noticeable cleaning happens and you have a damp floor to look at. You will notice in the pictures one of the compartment for 3 AA batteries. The purpose of this is not explained in the booklet but appears to be used to illuminate a red light on the unit. This is like a dull red light so that you can find it in the dark. It has no other use. You then attach the attachments and discover that the cleaning cap can't be fitted onto the smaller pad as there are no lugs to hold it on. You will have noticed that the caps are not very well made either. By now the smell of hot plastic is too much and you decide you must stop all operations. Ha ha. Now you discover you cannot empty the water reservoir of water because of the internal lip of the screw-in lid stops you! This product is dangerous, useless and should never be on sale. Trading Standards please chase this.

Took a few minutes to build though have a mystery tube. Instructions could be made much easier to follow.I have a lot of grained Amtico that does get dirt trapped in between the grain. I found that cleaning the area twice really made a difference (note this has never been steam cleaned before and only has had Amtico cleaners used but some months past). I sweep the floors daily and swept before using the Finether steam mop. As said it took two times to clean it well: hallway is a high traffic area and I live in the country so it can get muddy. The cloth was dirty the first time and so washed it before the second attempt. Deco looks clean close up. Will carpets and other floors later.Weight wise it is ok but the handle is not that adjustable and too low for me (5’11).

I liked this product the 1.month, because after 1 months doesn't work!...so if I know I can use this just a months I didn't order!I am sad how is wrong this item and just throw out the window my money!

The mop head cover, ripped with 1st use. Also it didn't come with any tools. Apart from that, the steamer itself works well, but I've now got to order more attachments.

The steam mop takes 2 mins to assemble, then fill in the water and it's ready to work.It heated in seconds,so be careful with the hot steam coming out.It has a long power cord,thus easy to go around to do cleaning jobs.It comes with different nozzles and brushes for multi purpose cleaning.It is easier to go backward when doing the cleaning ,but mind your way.I have a really soft bath mat with comfortable touch, this steam mop is the perfect tool to clean it.Tried both on hard floor an carpet,satisfied with the result.just remember to put carpet glider when cleaning carpet.

ive Had this mop for 4 months and steam has stopped working, it’s not a very good mop anyway, as it’s not very strong and water bottle isn’t removable for refilling I definitely wouldn’t recommend

Bought in May NOT working by August. Not happy.The pad is not manly enough and for a large floor two at least are required. It feels very plasticand that it would easily break
