My chiropractor recommended the Denneroll size small. I understand it is critical to have a proper fit. How does this protuct size compare to that?

This product is comparable to a Denneroll size medium. There are no other sizes available at this time however we will soon.

This question is for the seller. Is this supposed to have 3 pieces (2 removable risers)? Mine only came with 2 - the top piece and 1 riser.

Our latest model officially released in June 2020 has 3 pieces (2 removable risers). Anything traction blocks purchased before then most likely has 2 pieces (top piece and 1 riser). Our Cervical Traction Block is height adjustable so it can be used for Denneroll sizes small, medium and large. The shortest height (just the top piece) is comparable to a Denneroll size small. The middle height (with 1 riser) is comparable to the Denneroll size medium. The top height (with 2 risers) is comparable to the Denneroll size Large.

Will this help realign the top of the spine where one has a neck hump?

It has been helping me. Especially with my posture. My chiropractor told me to buy this, and do it for 5 minutes at first, then build it up every week.!
