I was looking up this exact one to buy for someone else as a gift and figured for as much use as I have gotten out of it I may as well write a review.I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect neck wrap. I have both neck, shoulder and tmj pain in my jaw. I needed something that was long enough that I could lift up the sides and put them along my jaw, or that I could also leave down and would warm my collarbone area. This fit the bill and is very well made. Heavy enough so it sits firmly on your shoulders and allows the warmth to penetrate, but not so much that it is cumbersome. After a long research I found this pad that suits me perfectly due to its wideness and covers all of my shoulder and neck area. This is specially important since most of the pads I have tried are either to small or uncomfortable, after my first try I found this pad to be really comfortable as it doesn't have any sharp edges or stitches. Heating takes about 2 minutes depending on your microwave. One of the things I like the most is that it heats up just to the right temperature so I just find it pleasant to use without having to remove it and it really helps me to relax my neck and shoulders.
