The title says it’s an atomic clock but there’s no mention of it in the product description.** A: No. You have to set it before putting it up. It has a battery. **Q: Will this work as a sauna clock?** A: This’s a very good clock! It’s not too big & very clear! I like it & put it in my bathroom **Q: Does it start sagging after awhile? Looks like it sticks out too far from suction cup?** A: Ours has not. I am very happy with this clock. It keeps good time and looks great on the mirror in our bathroom. It does stick out pretty far. The frame of the clock is 1/2 inch thick and the entire clock, with the suction cup the face of the clock is 1 1/2 inch above the surface you stick it to. The suction cup is no joke. They send round sticker pads for it to attach to on surfaces where it can't get a good seal, but since we have a very large mirror in the bathroom to which we stuck it, we didn't need them.
