Pros: This an exceptional looking knife for the price. It feels good, it's well balanced and it comes factory sharp. There are no other knives like this in it's price range.Downside: It lost it's sharpness pretty fast. Typically a knife I wouldn't use much should sharpen every 3 or 4 months. It took me 2 before it lost it's edge pretty bad.Worst: Sharpening pulled off the colour despite me having a very controlled whetstone technique, something I was conscious of. The knife just looks a bit crap now.Would be 5 stars if it still looked good and had better edge retention.

Amazing boning knife. Flexi blade, wonderfully shape. Easy to hold feels very natural, husband is unbelievably happy with it. As a butcher he’s used a lot of different brands and he insisted this one of the best.To the guy who said it was great for carving thank you for trying to answer my question I don’t think you quite understood what I was asking but I appreciate the enthusiasm

It doesn't matter what your level of ability is, a good knife is an essential piece of kit for your kitchen. With this you get an all-purpose and versatile set with which you can cover practically all tasks, from finely chopping herbs and slicing meat to every aspect of fruit and vegetable prep.I feel comfortable holding and using any of them, like an extension of your hand and be easy to control.Perfect quality-price.

I have very small hands and these sit equally comfortably in both mine and my husbands. The block set is stylish to look at and has the perfect configuration of knives. So many knife sets have knives that you wouldn't typically use on a day to day basis, so whilst not cheap, at least none of them will be idle!

Bought this for my new breadmaker machine and absolutely love it! I own a couple of Dalstrong blades now and all of them came in an ellegant package with instructions which I think it's very useful. The handle provides an easy grip and the blade is sharp and strong. The slice of bread is brilliantly cut so I'm very happy with this purchase! Thank you again,Dalstrong!

Been looking at falsetto good for a while now, not disappointed at all, strong and light blade, comfortable handle well balanced, be careful when sharpening with a steel because the black coating will scratch, other than that this nice is the pups pips, razor sharp out of the box and is holding up well with everyday abuse

Fabulous set. Very happy with the look and sharpness - cuts meat like hot knife through butter. Also instructions have a humorous edge which is funnny.

These are hands down the best knives in the market. During lockdown we only cooked at home so these were a big blessing. Made life a lot easier. I recommend buying the whetstone set to go with these also.
