Smarketbuy Step and Repeat Backdrop Stand 10 x 8 FT – Adjustable Photo Booth Banner Stand with Carrying Bag, Heavy Duty Background Stand for Parties, Weddings, Trade Shows & Photography (10 Ft)

I'm using this to hang a light plywood assembly to which I will attach framed photographs I'm selling at an art show. It is lightweight, yet sturdy. Easy to put up and take down. Stores in a nifty provided case... and is height and width adjustable. Reasonable price. Perfect.

Love this backdrop so much! The sizing is so versatile, pretty easy to put together, sturdiness is better than some expensive backdrops, and you can’t beat this price! It was windy out so I had to place weights on the base and used fishing line to tie the backdrop to my tent for support.

It's not especially sturdy. I need to bolt the base to something wider to ensure better stability. Holds a background well enough, but - don't have illusions that it's very sturdy or steady. + Decent size for holding up a background. - Not especially sturdy +/- Cheaply made, but considering the price - it does the job. + Fairly easy to assemble.

Works great for red carpets/conventions

Worked out great!

UPDATE! It is our pleasure to update this review to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service provided by Smarketbuy! We are leaving the original review intact (below) because we want shoppers to understand that while “stuff happens”, it is MORE important to know that excellence in customer service still exists! Thank you, Smarketbuy for standing behind your product and very quickly replacing the defective part. By the way, we were just now able to use our new backdrop adjustable banner stand and it worked like a charm! Original review: Unfortunately, our product arrived with one of the connectors split (see photo). Has anyone had luck contacting the manufacturer for replacement parts? There appears to be no contact information on the packaging or instruction sheet.

I wasn't sure if I could assemble this on my own. But it went together easily. Seems to be of study construction. I've only used it once but I could see how the plastic twist that tighten the poles could be an issue down the road for those with a heavy hand. I plan to be gentle with them. Fingers crossed.

Very flimsy, broke on first use. Bought it for Pop Warner “Super Bowl” games backdrop for photo ops for our winning teams in each division. This was in November, in SoCal, so we definitely don’t have crazy weather conditions here. It just didn’t hold up. Backdrop was vinyl.
