Just received and thrilled with every aspect of the watch. I’ll lead with something the product description omitted (as of Feb2020): the watch case says it’s water resistant to 5 atmospheres.The leather is perfect— stiff overall, starting out, but soft and supple feeling. I’m confident it will break in perfectly. The stitching is excellent.The chrono buttons are stiff but yielding when deliberately pressed, giving a very satisfying click and nice tactile feedback. The same is true of the crown which has two neat and unmistakable positions when pulled out.I’ve seen other Zeppelin models where reviewers complain the face isn’t black but, a silvery gray. That is somewhat true here, but to provide some clarity— it’s very dark, easily mistakable for a true black if you’re not looking closely, trying to decide if it’s black or not. It’s nowhere near a midtone gray.Tested the chrono against my IPhone’s stopwatch, I saw no discrepancy in time over a ten minute stretch.My wife agrees it’s far more attractive than the Citizen I’m upgrading from, so... in a survey of one it’s makes wives happy.

This review is only for first impression and I can't vouch for it's durability and longevity. I can bet most pick this watch becos of it's vintage pilot look. If you are looking for one which price affordable. You got the correct one. Feels durable and the weight is just just nice on wrist. Despite measure 42mm for case, it looks and wears like a 40mm. Then tan leather strap is thick enough to give a durable feel without being too hard to strap around.Everything works as it shall, chrono hands return to it's exact position after reset. Push button has a modern touch with bigger size for ease of use. Date font is enough for ease of the eye unlike some Chrono.So far, nothing I can fault it. I highly recommend getting this pilot Chrono.
