I hung mine from my rearview and the next time I hopped in the car there were beads everywhere! So maybe don't leave it in the car, it was easy enough to restring with some embroidery thread and it's back where it was with no issue, the scent is good and the beads are nice and smooth. Overall, a good buy, it just needed some adjustment for it to be what I wanted
